Refund Policy – Banaras Travel

At Banaras Travel, customer satisfaction is our priority. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent.

Cancellation by Customer

  • Cancellations made 7 days before the tour date are eligible for a partial refund.
  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the tour date are not eligible for a refund.

Cancellation by Banaras Travel

If a tour is canceled due to unavoidable circumstances (weather, government restrictions, or operational issues), customers will be:

  • Offered a full refund OR
  • Given the option to reschedule

No-Show Policy

If a customer does not arrive at the scheduled time without prior notice, no refund will be issued.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
  • Amount will be credited to the original payment method

  • Booking fees
  • Service charges
  • Customized tour packages
